Sportradar announced Wednesday they have entered into an agreement with Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. to acquire IMG ARENA and its global sports betting rights portfolio.

With the acquisition, Sportradar content and product offering will be enhanced and strengthened on the worldwide stage as a leading sports data and content provider, highlighted by basketball, soccer and tennis.

Basketball, soccer and tennis account for approx. 70% of the rights which are the top three most bet on global sports, let alone Mass sports betting

The deal is expected to be finalized sometime in the fourth quarter of 2025. Further details on the deal will be available during Sportradar’s Investor Day on Tuesday, April 1.
